The following guidelines must be strictly adhered to.

Important remarks:

• Oral presentations will last for no longer than 12 min with 3 more min for questions.

• Poster presentations: Standard size for poster presentations at the conference site will be 60 cm x 90 cm (vertical/portrait format). Your poster has to be placed on the planned site at the Plaza Mayor Hall on Wednesday, 27 of April from 08:00 to 11:00, and has to be removed not earlier than Friday, 29 of April at 17:30 and not later than 19:00. You will have to stand by your poster during the poster session to answer questions of participants during the first coffee break on 28 of April (10:30-11:15).
